Nobody has ever taught you how to win back a love we have lost

Knowing how to win back a love when the love of your life walks out on you, is not very evident as you have never been shown what to do when this happens to you.  This article tells you how to win back a love.

Never start running after your ex just after the break up.  In fact you should stop all contact for a few weeks while you and your ex take time apart to think things over and let matters settle down.   Things have been said and done by both parties and it is better to let a little time pass after which each of you should see matters with a little more perspective and a little less emotion.                    

Spend this period of time just looking after yourself.   You’ve got to get over all the emotional stress, so get out with your friends and amuse yourself while you recover your self confidence and lost pride.    In keeping yourself occupied you will think less about your ex.  Keep yourself fit as people often let themselves go when they are sad. Get regular exercise and control your appetite as it is easy to put on weight without realizing it. 

If you sit at home moping all the time you will never recover from your break up so get out, keep yourself occupied and for a time just think of you, by looking after yourself.  Who wants to spend time with someone who is depressed?    Your friends will help you to start with but they will not continue if you don’t make an effort on your own part. Your ex certainly isn’t going to choose to return to someone who always gives the impression of being sad and needy.

You may have made the biggest mistake of your life in letting you ex go, but one thing is certain, you will have no chance of winning them back unless you are on top form yourself.   You must get yourself ready for when you will have to make the right decisions about how to win back a love.
