Instead of sitting down and talking matters through with your girlfriend, you took the rapid way out and threw her out. Immediately afterwards you regretted what you did, but it was too late. If this is your case, you are going to have to explain this in all honesty to your girlfriend.
You must be apologetic and understanding of your girlfriend’s feelings, but you must only accept blame for what you have done. You clearly behaved badly by doing as you did but you must not accept that she profits from by venting all her wrath on you just because you made a mistake.
If you both have feelings for each other, it is likely that you will get her back. Make it clear to her that you really want to try again and that you are not just taking her back out of pity for her after the way you have behaved.
